Refund Policy

Seed Oil Scout Pro subscriptions purchased on this site are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, receipts, and billing support for these purchases.

Free trials

Every new web subscription starts with a free trial. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends — email us and we'll take care of it, no questions asked.

Requesting a refund

If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@seedoilscout.com from the email you subscribed with, and include your receipt or subscription ID. We'll review every request and work with Paddle to make it right. You can also reach Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.net.

Cancellations

To cancel your subscription, email support@seedoilscout.com or visit Manage your subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
