Refund Policy

Seed Oil Scout Pro subscriptions bought on this site are billed by Seed Oil Scout via Stripe (a few older purchases were processed by Paddle.com). Web subscriptions are not billed by Apple, so they don’t appear in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.

Cancel in one tap

Open Manage your subscription (in the app: Settings → Manage subscription), or ask for a secure link by email on that page, and tap Cancel subscription. You can also email support@seedoilscout.com and we’ll do it for you.

Free trials

Cancel before your trial ends and you won’t be charged. We email you a reminder with a one-tap cancel link the day before your trial ends.

Cancelling soon after a charge

If you cancel a yearly subscription within 7 days of being charged, we refund that charge in full automatically and end your subscription right away. Otherwise, cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Requesting a refund

If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@seedoilscout.com from the email you subscribed with. We review every request.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
